Year 10 business studies students managed a variety of stalls mostly selling food or drinks. For the first time, every group served their products in biodegradable packaging and with compostable utensils. This not only minimised the environmental impact of the event but was a contributing factor in the majority of groups making a good profit. The students who participated developed a full business plan and gained skills to support their futures in and out of school. Every group voted to donate the money raised, more than over $150 in total, to the victims of the March 15 terror attacks. YUM: Orla Dunlop with dessert.
