Also southwards from Campos down to the coast, the southeast of
Majorca maintains its original charm until today. Be it the medieval
town centre of Campos, the golden wheat fields with their lovingly
restored windmills, the salt mountains of Ses Salines or the protected,
wild dune landscape behind the beautiful natural beach of Es Trenc,
which connects the family-friendly harbour town of Colònia de Sant
Jordi with the beach region around the port of Sa Ràpita.
