GENDER-RESPONSIVE TREATMENT<br />
The causes of addiction tend to be different in men and women,<br />
so we’ve designed different treatment methods to appropriately<br />
and uniquely address each gender. Every aspect of our treatment<br />
program—the facility design, the hiring of staff, the way the program<br />
is structured, and the content of therapeutic interventions—ensures it<br />
addresses the particular needs of both women and men.<br />
Men and women who enter gender-specific alcohol<br />
and substance use treatment programs tend to stay<br />
in treatment longer and have better outcomes<br />
than those who don’t.<br />
PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM<br />
The Professionals Program is designed specifically for professionals, such<br />
as doctors, commercial airline pilots and staff, lawyers, safety-sensitive<br />
occupations, and executives of all industries seeking treatment for<br />
addiction. Our Professionals Program addresses the following areas to<br />

A designated case manager works with licensing boards, Employee<br />
Assistance Programs, and human resources professionals to coordinate<br />
all of the paperwork, correspondence, and other logistics so the<br />
