Note 6 These products are licensed using the International Program License Agreement (IPLA). These programs are<br />

License Agreement, are provided with IPLA software as proof of a valid license.<br />

Important:<br />

Starting with i5/OS V5R3, these programs are not transferable to another party outside of the enterprise <strong>and</strong> its<br />

subsidiaries (where a subsidiary is more than 50% owned by the enterprise).<br />

When ordering upgrades to software licensed under the IPLA, such as <strong>IBM</strong> i (i5/OS, OS/400), a copy of the POE<br />

should be provided by the client to validate the license to the software.<br />
