sector especially in Gurgaon?
Co-working is one of the most trending
sectors of the real estate market in India
right now. “Gurgaon is a place where
everyonefrom start-ups to MNCs are
present. Hence, the demand also varies.
Gurgaon witness the presence of local as
well as international players, where the cost
of per seat at co-working spaces starts from
INR 2,500 and goes up to Rs 50,000,” says
Nakul Mathur, MD, Avanta India who have

30, Gurugram.
The Demand Going Forward
Although co-working sector is currently at a
very nascent stage in India, with the evergrowing
number of start-ups in the country,
the demand for such spaces in only going
to grow. “In the current scenario, this
segment is expected to grow at an annual
rate of almost 30-40 per cent'' says Anuj
