The domain you don’t use can be set up to forward to your main
domain. This way your customers will end up on your site no
matter what.
Tip #2. Sometimes you gotta improvise anyway. If you have
had the same business name for many years or are really set on
a certain name, but the most obvious domain url is taken, you
can do different things like abbreviate certain words, or add the
home town of the business (if it’s short). The point is to change
the domain name enough that it is distinctly different from the
existing names.
If davesconstruction.com is taken, create another domain name
like:
davesconst.com
davesconstdenver.com
davesconstructiondenver.com
