Wix has done a fantastic job of providing extensive written
documentation and video tutorials that cover most questions
you will have about setting up your account, as well as any
technical question about using their website builder.
Wix doesn’t have the chat feature, but they have phone and email
support. Finding links to contact them by phone or email is not
that easy, as they want you to first find the answer to your issue
by searching through their support articles.
However, there is a link in the resources section below that
takes you directly to a page where you choose what you need
help with by going through a few steps, and they will offer a
support solution.
If you still want to talk to a human, there is a subtle Click To
Contact link that allows you to Submit A Ticket (email) or Talk To
A Support Agent.
