Mass Effect 3<br />
Absolutely amazing game<br />
�Mass effect 3 is the conclusion to the Mass Effect trilogy, the<br />
action role playing game series from its producer BioWare. It was<br />
published by Electronic Arts and is available for different platforms<br />
such as Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3. The last<br />
part of the trilogy brings the story of Commander Shepard to<br />
a full circle.<br />
Mass Effect 3 is beautiful and touching in terms of its storyline.<br />
The brilliant voice acting further breathes life into the characters<br />
in the game. Mass Effect 3 is influenced by the decisions made<br />
by the players in the prequels Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. This<br />
gives the entire story unity and coherence. The character appearances<br />
are much improved. The gameplay too is largely improved<br />
upon and the levels have been designed quite skillfully.<br />
The prevalent theme in mass effect 3 is sacrifice. It reoccurs all<br />
throughout the game. In the prequels the gripping storyline brings<br />
us close to each of the different characters in the game and in<br />
this conclusion it paints pictures of devastation and destruction<br />
of worlds. The ties and bonds of familiarity that had been formed<br />
in the previous editions of the game are manipulated. Mass Effect<br />
shakes up relationships by forcing one to make particularly<br />
difficult choices in complicated situations. The emotional impact<br />
that the game makes is significant with perhaps every major occurrence<br />
affecting us deeply. The game is quite personal but less<br />
so than its predecessor. The focus of the game is much more on<br />
the plot.<br />

Once the<br />
game starts, it proves to be more<br />
and more engaging with every step. Destruction is<br />
everywhere. The humaneness becomes more and<br />
more obvious and the story draws us within itself.<br />
The gameplay is much improved. The shooting sequences<br />
are brilliant and culminate in perfect climaxes.<br />
The artificial intelligence is more advanced mak- www<br />
ing the gameplay more difficult. The RPG elements<br />
have become more developed, than in the predecessor.<br />
The weapons are better customizable also and the choices<br />
are many and varied.<br />
Several features have been modified and added in the combat<br />
mode of the game. Combat is more extensive and exciting than<br />
ever.<br />
The Reaper threat is <strong>no</strong>t the one and only threat in this game.<br />
The goal of the game is to eliminate the reapers from the galaxy<br />
using some super weapon. However, an organization k<strong>no</strong>wn as<br />
Cerebrus exists led by the Illusory Man who strives to achieve<br />
similar goals but using means of their own. They in fact go to considerable<br />
length and this complicates the quest. They form quite<br />
a good part of the engaging storyline.<br />
Mass Effect 3 has one of the best storylines ever. The plot is extremely<br />
engaging, the characters have great depths bordering on<br />
the indiscernible. The gameplay is brilliant and does full justice<br />
to the remarkable storyline. The cut scenes are beautiful. Options<br />
are more than ever. Mass Effect 3 can definitely be called as<br />
a brilliant conclusion to the stunning Mass Effect trilogy.<br />
