Sony NEX-F3
The camera-King-to-be!
Price: $498
CAMERA
Sony NEX-F3 is in the same line as its mirror less camera predecessors.
Sony, as we all agree, has astounded us again with this new product.
Though you will find some people carping about it, it does have some
special features that are considerable. Successor to NEX-C3 model
it features a 16.1 megapixel Exmor sensor, full HD (50i/25p) video recording,
burst shooting, real flash, 25 point contrast-defect autofocus
system, 3-inch 180° tilting LCD panel, built-in-flash and what not, it’s
a lot to take in !
Along with the features, NEX-F3 comes with an impressive
design, a little austere compared to the competitors,
particularly from the front. All we find
on the faceplate is a small porthole-shaped
window for the self timer lamp, curved
battery-sized and a dimpled surface for
a firmer hold. Placed atop the camera,
is the new integrated pop-up
flash.
Surprisingly enough, despite
weighing only 225g, Sony NEX-F3
still feels solid gripped in the palm.
The new shutter location is much an
improvement, falling quite naturally
under the right fore-finger
whilst supporting the
rest of the camera. The
3D LCD screen can
now be adjusted and
tilted to allow for low
or high angle compositions.
