WORDS OF WISDOM

Hey, there, Holy Infant class of 2020!

Congratulations on making it! Some of you have now been in this school

longer than anyone in history since you were the FIRST group to wear

the blue shirts and be here in Junior Kindergarten. There were only a few

of you but you paved the way! So many years, So many traditions. So

many teachers and classrooms! Students who have come and gone.

What makes you so special??

You. Your faith. And your friendships.

I have had the extreme privilege to get to know you all as a parent... and

then to be with you in the Innovation Lab. Your Renaissance Fair was SO

MUCH FUN! You learned to sew and make paper and soap! I’m so

blessed to work in a room where your personalities come out...in your

discussions, in the way you work together, in your creativity and your

brilliance! Remember all of these things when you move on to new

groups and friendships and classrooms next year! You have learned so

much and grown in your faith and have the whole of Holy Infant

community behind you! You are strong in character and brave of heart.

You know how to say, “This is me. You do you, and I’ll be me. And that’s

all good.” I know you are ready to go to high school and get out of Holy

Infant, but my guess is that things you learned here will creep into your

minds and hearts...and keep you grounded. Don’t discredit that. We all

love who you have become and encourage you in all that you do!

I am sad to see you all leave this school. It won’t be the same without

you. And I’m sad we didn’t get to properly celebrate you as the year

ended! But know of our PRIDE in you, our LOVE for you, and our HOPE

for you in the years to come.

God bless you all and keep you in the palm of His hand always. See you

next Thanksgiving at mass for Corners of Creation! We’ll save seats for

you.

Love, Veronica’s mom,

Mrs. Wolf
