Paintless dent removal is traditionally repaired
when accessing the rear of the dented panels in
order to successfully massage out the dent(s).
But not all dented panels are accessible from
the rear. At times you will encounter ‘double
skinned’ panels or even completely sealed
sections, adding to the cars structural strength
such as the cant/roof rail. For this type of
repairs HBC system has developed its range of
“Glue Pulling” PDR Systems and Tools.

PROCESS
Clean the surface with
a clean cloth using Glue
remover.
Select the needed Plastic
tip and apply hot glue on
the tip
Place the Plastic tip in
the center of the dent.
Let it cool down for
3-4 min.
Place the Slide hammer
on the Plastic tip and
pull the dent until you
have reached the right
level
Remove the Plastic tip
from the surface using
Glue remover
Repeat step 2-9 untill
you have reached the
desired result.
Polish the surface!
