Paintless dent removal is traditionally repaired<br />

when accessing the rear of the dented panels in<br />

order to successfully massage out the dent(s).<br />

But not all dented panels are accessible <strong>from</strong><br />

the rear. At times you will encounter ‘double<br />

skinned’ panels or even completely sealed<br />

sections, adding to the cars structural strength<br />

such as the cant/roof rail. For this type of<br />

repairs <strong>HBC</strong> system has developed its range of<br />

“Glue Pulling” PDR <strong>System</strong>s and Tools.<br />

PROCESS<br />

Clean the surface with<br />

a clean cloth using Glue<br />

remover.<br />

Select the needed Plastic<br />

tip and apply hot glue on<br />

the tip<br />

Place the Plastic tip in<br />

the center of the dent.<br />

Let it cool down for<br />

3-4 min.<br />

Place the Slide hammer<br />

on the Plastic tip and<br />

pull the dent until you<br />

have reached the right<br />

level<br />

Remove the Plastic tip<br />

<strong>from</strong> the surface using<br />

Glue remover<br />

Repeat step 2-9 untill<br />

you have reached the<br />

desired result.<br />

Polish the surface!<br />
