Learn how to fix dents and scratches
on both painted and polished alloy
wheels. Leaving the rims looking as
good as new.
The training is divided into a theoretical
part and a practical part. The trainer
walks you through the WR-DCM3
functions and shows you a repair. You
will then practice the process under
supervision.
Learn how to repair side panels on
caravans/mobile homes instead of
replacing them, using our patented
repair method. You will create structure
copies of original patterns and work with
a unique injection method for the filler.
On-Site training courses
We provide onsite courses that deliver our high-quality training in the convenience of
your workplace across the world. The HBC training academy has a team of mobile
trainers who travel the world supporting HBC partners, distributors and customers.
All trainers are highly skilled technicians with many years of experience in the industry
and working with SMART repair equipment.
The number of participants is up to you. We recommend a maximum of 8 people.
Initial training is carried out on sections of bumpers, dashboards, seats, wheels and
other body panels which must be made avaliable by you. Our trainer will contact
you before the training with instructions for training material and samples. In the
specialist training program, which is recommended after the initial training and
practice period, repairs are carried out on “Live” vehicles to ensure a very high
standard of finish and technical expertise.
