Spaghetti With Mussels

Ingredients per portion
2kg mussels, 1 packet spaghetti, 50g Parsley, 1 teaspoon
cream fresh, 100g whipped cream, 3 tablespoon olive oil,
garlic, 1 onion, salt, 1 pepper 200g, cherry tomatoes.

Wash the mussels and cook for 10 minutes in a pot
of boiling water till the shells of the mussels open.
Remove mussels that are not open. Remove water.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut together with
washed tomatoes, parsley, and pepper. Cook spaghetti
in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Remove the
water.
Fry the tomatoes in a pan with oil. Add onions,
pepper, and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes. Add cream
fresh, whipped cream and salt to taste. Cook for 5
minutes.
Add the spaghetti, mussels and garnish with parsley.
Off the gas and cover the pot for 2 minutes. Serve
warm.
