We chatted briefly about
expectations for the 2021 bikes
– Honda moves back to a single
pipe again – and the blurb looks
impressive. Those bikes will start
arriving around September – you
can read about them elsewhere in
this issue.
From the track, we headed across
the road to the massive dune
(The highest in Africa we are
told), where the boys wowed us
with their skills. A big 450 like
these Honda’s makes absolute
mincemeat of those massive
slopes – it was awesome to
watch…
Back at the track, Capper rolled
out his 2020 Africa Twin and
put on a bit of a show, hopping
the table top and pulling huge
wheelies down the short tar
straight. It is incredible what the
bike can do in the hands of a
skilled rider.
So there you have it. More great
bikes – and a great facility that
caters to MX fans of all skill levels.
