Private Individual Tours
• Private Individual Tours allow you to travel on the itinerary shown, on your
selected holiday dates including all the services described in the brochure.
• You may choose Tourist, First or Deluxe standard hotels and shared (Tourist)
or private (First) excursions and transfers. (Please refer to pages 190 to 191).
• We book all the arrangements listed on the itinerary and provide you with the
addresses, telephone numbers and contact details of our local representatives,
guides and hotels at every step of the itinerary, so that you can take on a
supervisory role checking the delivery and timing of services.
• Your guides and transport meet you at each destination, and take you back,
so you enjoy the privacy and satisfaction of travelling on your own, with time
on your own, and with the Veloso Tours’ organisation of local operators,
partners, guides and hosts, providing reliability, support and security.
Bespoke Tour Itineraries for Individuals
• You decide the areas that you wish to visit, your preferred dates of travel,
duration and budget. We then propose an itinerary and price that best fulfils
your requirements.
• The tours in our brochure can be used as a template guideline of possible routes,
duration and budget to be modified in order to meet your own interests.
• Once you are happy with our proposal, we confirm all the services, issue tickets
and vouchers so you travel on your Individual Tour with the support and security
of the Veloso Tours organisation in all the destinations you visit.

- Multi Country Itineraries
Itineraries covering more than one country and providing a wide range of attractions in each.
These itineraries represent an overview of the main highlights with the logical route and a
minimal duration that you can expand by talking to us. Please refer to pages 15 to 39 for
all our Multi Country, Landmark Tour itineraries.
Country Pages & Tours
In thses pages we offer suggestion and information on each country. You will find
details of the main sights as well as destinations that are new discoveries for, perhaps,
a second, more in-depth visit. We offer Individual Tour itineraries, modules and resorts
providing additional suggestions for a comprehensive coverage of each country.
Written Itineraries & Travel Documents
When you make an enquiry, you will be sent a quotation with a day-by-day itinerary
with full details describing the hotels, excursions, cities, tourist attractions and
activities. The itineraries are well presented in a bound colour booklet as shown below.
Our computer software has a vast database of services and hotels enabling us to provide
you with written itinerary proposals and pricing quickly and efficiently.
Your Travel Documents come in our special folder containing your Final Itinerary with
contact details for your hotels and our representative offices throughout. Also included
are your travel vouchers, our specially illustrated luggage labels, E-tickets for flights,
restaurant suggestions and menu translator. You will also receive our Travellers Guide
with useful information on how to prepare for your holiday.
Modules & Resorts
Short itineraries and destinations in every country, to suggest possible pre and post tour
extensions to the Individual Tours shown; or to use as building blocks for your own
unique, personal, tailor-made itinerary.
Escapes
Holidays to unwind at a single hotel, resort or special destinations where we have
included flights from the UK and a basic duration of seven nights plus the option of
extra nights, so you can stay as long as you wish.
