Introduction

The regional pandemic that emerged in Wuhan (China) in 2019 quickly spread to almost all countries

worldwide and developed into a global epidemic.

The new corona virus, which has a lower fatality rate than bird flu, Ebola, Sars and "Spanish flu", is more deadly

than the common flu, cold and polio. The spread rate of corona virus is lower than smallpox and measles and

higher than swine flu and Mers.

Before Covid-19, the biggest Ebola epidemic in human history was the epidemic that started in 2014 and came

about because a boy was leaning against a tree in which the bats lived. Within two years, the virus spread to

several countries in Africa, nearly 30.000 people became infected with the virus and over 11.000 people died of

internal bleeding and extreme fever.

According to allegations, a person in Austria first became infected with the new corona virus on February 25,

2020. In Turkey, it was said that the first corona infected people appeared on March 11, 2020.

In Austria, the government left most of the struggle with the virus to the initiative of the people. Apart from

pharmacies and supermarkets, all shops and schools were closed in the shortest possible time. The

supermarkets were obliged to distribute mouth-nose protection masks to the buyers in the entrances of the

markets and all people were asked to keep 1 – 1,5 meters away from the next. At the same time, people were

asked to do this alone, to continue doing sports and to go for walks. The Vienna city government asked all 65-

year-olds not to go out and, if absolutely necessary, to deviate from public transport. To keep them away from

the public transport, the government sent taxi vouchers worth € 50 to people aged 65+. In order to boost the

economy, € 50 catering vouchers were issued per household. In October € 450 will be paid to job seekers and €

360 per child to families with children.

In Turkey, the Akp government, led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, took a long time to implement measures against

the new corona virus. Therefore, they had great difficulty in controlling the virus. The long-term ban on going

out to 65+ year olds and young people under 20 was very annoying for most people.

In addition to the belief that the new corona virus from the Sars group has spread via the bats, there is also a

thought among many people that the virus was developed in a laboratory. I personally believe that this plague

originated in a laboratory, but was not spread to the world on purpose. I take this view because of an article

about bats that I read in a German magazine about six years ago.

In this article, which uses the bats, which can carry and spread a large number of viruses because they can fly,

in addition to the viruses of the Sars group, which mostly lead to respiratory diseases, it was expressly

emphasized that the most dangerous viruses from the group: " Hendra and Nipah ”, in contrast to Sars viruses,

which almost all researchers are allowed to research, very few researchers are allowed to experiment with

these viruses under strict controls and there is no concern in Europe because they would only appear in Africa.

As the new corona virus has shown us, the viruses can “inadvertently” spread all over the world and develop

into a pandemic.

If viruses unknown to humans penetrate into the organs, the "Stimulator of interferon genes = Sting" genes try

with all their might to fight them off. In this way, these viruses can spread to all organs and have fatal

consequences. Since these “Sting” genes are not very well developed in bats, they can live with these diseases.

Although the bats distribute very dangerous pathogens to humans, they take on many important functions in

ecosystems and should therefore not be treated and exterminated like terrorists, the same conditions should

apply to them as to all wild animals: avoid contact.
