Will you need to move people from the getting readylocation to the ceremony and then to the reception? You don’t necessarily have to rent a limo to for themto ride in, but make sure there is a plan to get them from one place to another. Hiringprofessional transportation is one way to ease the stress of coordinating rides or worryingabout designated drivers. If parking is going to be an issue at your wedding venue, considerrenting a party bus to move guests.Most planning checklists recommend booking your transportation at least four months inadvance. However, if you’re getting married during prom and graduation season, you will wantto book your transportation even earlier due to demand.As with all vendors you’re hiring for your wedding, be sure to get all of the details in writingfrom your transportation company. You will want to confirm that the company is licensed andinsured.
