The Board of Big Springs Township, Union County, SD is again
reminding all property owners, tenants and residents of said
township to, by law (SDCL 31-31-2), check your right-of-ways and to
cut, remove, destroy and spray any trees and brush or to make any
arrangements to do so.
Also, a reminder not to farm in the road right-of-ways since
landowners may be held liable for any accidents. Remember
the road right-of-way extends out 33 feet from the center of the
road. Also any ditch cleaning should be approved by the Board.
