VIRTUAL WINE TASTING 

Hear from the wine maker at Stoller Vineyards as she explains the wine making process, how to develop each 

variety, and the bottling methods in a fun, digestible, and interactive way. In her 17-year tenure with Stoller, 

Melissa Burr has worked in concert with the vineyard team to oversee the site’s continued refinement. She has 

helped grow production from 1,000 cases to 60,000 while acting as a steward of Stoller’s legacy. Stoller Vineyards 

has been around since the 1940’s and has become the premier winery in Oregon wine country, which offers a 

unique blend of wines that come from the lush landscape.

The best of comedy and a good drink. With the motto of “Drink less, drink better” these comedic drink experts aim 

to educate your group about history, offer guidance, useful information, interesting facts, all wrapped up with a 

great dose of comedy. Hosts are not only stand up comedians, but also award-winning drink writers on their own. 

The experts will give participants a background of the production of selected alcohol and talk the guests through

VIRTUAL CASINO NIGHT 

Bring the sounds and sites of a Live Casino right into your own living room! Guests can join a Blackjack, Roulette, 

Craps game or a Money Wheel table remotely and play with colleagues, clients, or friends while interacting with 

a live dealer. Each player is given the same amount of chips to begin and then have the option to stay within one 

game or move throughout the tables freely through the course of the play time. A pit boss will manage the evening 

and make sure everyone gets on a table and has a great time! At the end of the event a total chip count for each 

person can be made to determine a winner.

Join IHRSA’s 2020 Rising Star in Fitness, who has been featured on WGN’s ongoing ”Living Healthy Chicago” series 

to get your body moving! This one hour fitness class will leave you feeling sweaty, refreshed, and motivated to keep 

focusing on your own advancement. This session incorporates both mind and body – how to utilize your workouts 

to improve your approach to challenges in life. Bootcamps utilize items that can be commonly found in your home: 

think a bath towel or can of beans. All fitness levels, beginner to advanced, will enjoy!
