Kent Cisewski<br />
After gathering more than 25 years of experience in the meeting and<br />
incentive planning industry, Kent Cisewski envisioned and has<br />
successfully delivered a unique industry approach by offering clients a<br />
fresh, smart and results-driven perspective on high visibility meeting and<br />
incentive investments.<br />
He created <strong>FUSION</strong> Performance Group, a boutique firm that works<br />
with thought leader companies and stakeholders who want <strong>to</strong> take <strong>to</strong>tal<br />
control of every aspect of maximizing and measuring meeting and<br />

Tanya Anderson Perry is a results-driven executive who has spent her entire career working in<br />
the world of Fortune 500 companies. She has held global leadership roles in sales, marketing<br />
and product development. She believes that the future of business is data-driven and has a<br />
passion for getting measurable improvements. Perry’s skills and experience are a brilliant match<br />

RECORDING YOUR TIME/ PAY DAY<br />
Time Reporting<br />
Hourly employees must clock in and out everyday<br />
using the ADP app or browser.<br />
Hourly employees will also be clocking in and out for<br />
any meal breaks through the same system.<br />
For any PTO requests, it will be submitted through<br />
ADP and will notify your supervisor for approval.<br />
Payday<br />
Bi-weekly: every other Friday.<br />

PAID TIME OFF - PTO<br />
• After 90 days of employment, you will be eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO).<br />
• Employees in their first through third years of employment accrue 15 paid days away per<br />
calendar year or 4.62 hours of PTO for every pay period.<br />
• Those employed longer than 3 years accrue 20 paid days per calendar year or 6.15 hours<br />
of PTO per pay period.<br />
• PTO can be used as vacation time, sick time or <strong>to</strong> take care of personal matters.<br />
• A maximum of 40 Hours may be carried over every calendar year.<br />

Employees may use our systems <strong>to</strong> communicate internally<br />
with co-workers or externally with cus<strong>to</strong>mers, suppliers,<br />
vendors, advisors, and other business acquaintances for<br />
business purposes.<br />
All electronic communications contained in company systems<br />
are company records and/or company property. The systems<br />
and electronic communications are accessible <strong>to</strong> the company<br />
at all times, including periodic unannounced inspections.<br />
Numerous state and federal laws apply <strong>to</strong> electronic<br />
communications. The company will comply with applicable<br />
laws; employees also must comply and should recognize that<br />
