Toxic relationships
A toxic relationship is often characterized
by repeated, mutually destructive
modes of relating between a couple.
These patterns can involve jealousy, possessiveness,
dominance, manipulation,
desperation, selfishness or rejection.
A toxic individual behaves the way he or
she does essentially for one main reason:
he or she must be in complete control
and must have all the power in his or her
relationship.
Some of the more common types of dysfunctional behaviors that a toxic partner
may use in a relationship significantly are:
1 The “Bad Temper” Toxic Partner
2. The Guilt-Inducer
3. The Over-Dependent Partner
4. The User
5. The Possessive (Paranoid) Toxic Controller

What to Do
The bad news is that you cannot change your partner. The good news is that you
can change yourself which may lead you to behave differently with your partner,
resulting in your partner deciding to change his or her behavior. Essentially what
you have to do is calmly but firmly confront the toxic behavior. You do this by
pointing out the behavior(s) to your partner, letting him or her know they are
no longer acceptable, and suggesting alternate behaviors that would work better.

“Ammonite”: Kate Winslet And Saoirse
Ronan Find Love And Fossilst
Hi guys, welcome to a new acticle. Toda I’m going to speak about a new movie, its name:
Ammonite, this movie is romantic, so I start to describe.
With God’s Own Country, Yorkshire filmmaker Francis Lee delivered a film that was both
an extraordinary gay romance, and something far more than that. Rugged and raw and
gorgeous and tender, it announced an incredible new voice in British cinema and now Lee
is back with Ammonite, another film that finds a same sex pairing falling for each other
against a backdrop of unforgiving natural landscapes. Based loosely on the life of real life
palaeontologist Mary Anning, it stars Kate Winslet as the famous fossil hunter, telling a very
possible version of her story in which she works and strikes up a relationship with Saoirse
Ronan’s Charlotte Murchison.
It looks like another heart stopping film from Lee, capturing the stunning landscapes of the
Southern coastline and the growing bond between Anning and Murchison, with aching
performances from Winslet and Ronan. Like Lee’s previous film, Ammonite looks set to
take in notions of sexuality, power, and class. “The image of Anning] struck me very strongly,”
Lee told Empire [earlier this year. “Totally working class woman, born on the bones of
her arse, yet somehow she managed to rise to be the leading palaeontologist of the century.”
Ammonite is set for a 13 November release in the US – and is expected to hit UK cinemas
in 2021, though an exact date is not yet confirmed. Stay tuned for more details of its arrival
on these shores.

If you enjoy about deserted and frightening places, you could visit these places:
San Juan Parangaricutiro, Michoacán
In 1943, this town was buried under the lava after the eruption of the Paricutin volcano.
According to the legend; that day the bells of the church rang and all the people had to leave
their houses. Currently, half of the temple is covered by volcanic stones.
Whatsoever, it is an impressive landscape. Around the ruins of the ancient church there is a
big wooded area and solidified lava.
Every year, it is visited by thousands of tourists that arrive walking or by horse.
Real de Catorce, San Luis Potosí
This place is so ghostly and magic. It was one of the most prosperous places for the exploitation
of silver mine. When the abundance finished, it was deserted and only there were
mansions, huge churches and dark mines.
Nowadays, you can visit the haunted town is in the middle of the desert; the old cemetery of
San Francisco and “El Cerro Quemado” a sacred place for the huicholes and stage of several
traditional ceremonies.

Ojuela, Durango
One of the most chilling attractions of this ghost town is a suspension bridge with 318 meters
of length. It is hanging with 95 meters of height. If you dare to pass it, you will find a
village full of ruins because one century ago, it stayed empty.
For arriving to this place, you need to pass of a place named as Zona del Silencio where according
with the people, there isn{t way to communicate due to the magnetism. Something
similar like the Bermuda Triangle but in the Mexico North.
Cerro de San Pedro, San Lui Potosí
This chilling mining town is still inhabited with 120 people. Nevertheless, there are a lot of
derelict and totally creepy buildings.
According to the legend, you could encounter with one of the settlers; this person is a ghostly
huichichil kid that offers you 3 oranges of gold, you only need to play with him inside the
abandoned mine.

I know you have probably ignored your parents after being told to “go outside and get some
sunlight” or “not to stare at a computer screen in a dark room”. Well this young gamer didn’t
take those warnings very seriously.
A seventeen year old boy, Piyawat Harikun, had a persistent obsession with video games
although he was a good kid at school and he had promised his parents to reduce his game
time on multiple occasions, but his desire to play was just too powerful Piyawat couldn’t
wait to draw together his curtains when he got back from school, and he would play for longer
and longer, participating in several gaming marathon sessions lasting for several nights.
However, one day when his parents came up to check on him, but he did not respond. After
entering, he was found collapsed at the bottom of his desk that was still littered with piles of
take-away pizza boxes and multiple fizzy drink bottles. It was later discovered that he had
died of a stroke caused by his prolonged computer sessions

worth over $36,000.
A fourteen-year-old Vasya Turda from Ukraine invited
his fifteen-year-old friend Vasya Pop to play, when
things got a little too heated and a discussion occurred.
Hours later Vasya Pop was forced to run away
downstairs from the bedroom, leaving a blood trace
through the house and stairway. Some hours later,
the body of the boy was found by his friend’s grandmother.
His neck was almost decapitated after being
severely stabbed 27 times by his friend, who was also
accused of abusing the dead body. He was sentenced
to three and a half years by a Ukrainian court.

Have you ever been curious about what murdering
feels when kill somebody? Well, this psychotic Russian
teenager did.
A fifteen year old Alexey Maximov was obsessed with
killing in his favorite video game and wanted to replay
a scenario to know what murder felt. Armed
with a knife he snuck up on a stranger while she
was withdrawing money from a cash machine and
stabbed her dozen times in her eyes, neck and chest.
The victim was 21-year-old university student Daria.
She collapsed from shock and died almost instantly
as Alexey ran away. He was tracked the way at home
and the police found him playing Player Unknown’s
Battleground, and late he admitted the crime saying:
“I have always wanted to see when a person dies by
your own hand; a voice inside me told me what had
to be done.”

AT NIGHT
What is your favorite stage of the day? Perhaps, you may say it’s the morning, because you
feel full of energy and plan the things you will do along the day. Or the afternoon, since you
leave work and can take advantage of the time by doing several activities. The evening is
also cool; the Sun starts hiding behind the horizon, and it’s a good moment for watching a
good movie.
What about the night? It is, undoubtedly, the most special among the day stages. The streets
are silent; there are no children outside; the sky gets dark and, sometimes, the Moon comes
out to say hello and make the moment a little more melancholic; people’s heart weakens at
night… Nobody knows exactly why.
All those things mentioned before are known by everyone. However, have you ever wondered
what other people do and what else happens while you sleep?
Imagine the scene: It’s 10 p.m. o’clock. After having dinner, you go to your room and check
the social media. Hundreds of pictures and videos appear as you scroll the page down. You
don’t focus much on the noises outside and decide it’s time to sleep. Suddenly, you hear the
siren of an ambulance, but you keep sleeping.
Meanwhile, we find a couple of friends who are having a romantic date. She doesn’t know
it, but he is going to express his love for her tonight. The date goes great. After eating a delicious
dinner, he holds the hand of the girl and, looking at her eyes, the words “Do you want
to be my girlfriend and share your life with me?” come from his mouth.

In contrast, a man receives a call; it is his wife. She tells him they must split up because
things are not going well between them. Tears go down the face of the man and he is speechless.
After a moment of silence, the woman hangs the phone.
Simultaneously -on the other side of the planet- a person in Europe is having breakfast and
getting ready for a new day. She hugs her little baby and goes to work.
Perhaps, at the same time, a Japanese girl is been congratulated for having an excellent
school performance. Or a kid in Africa is practicing soccer to become into the future best
player of the world. Or a woman is looking at the sky; she knows the shiny stars are people
who left this life.
Probably, a family close to you has had a deadly accident that makes the sirens sound.
You are already sleeping, but your phone rings; it’s a WhatsApp notification.
“Good night. Thanks for existing”. appears on the screen.
All this happens at night while you sleep.

What is TRX? Is it beneficial?
Hi, everybody! I am so glad to write another article for you. Today I am going to talk about
a sport that has become a trend lately and that everybody is talking about. Let’s start to read.
Total Resistance Exercises also known as TRX is a form of suspension training that uses
body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
How does it work?
The equipment is very simple; the user has to use a nylon single strap which is hung from a
ceiling and which has loops for hands or feet. This singular piece might not look like much,
yet once you do some exercises you will feel how tough it is.
How was it born?
This kind of training was developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. The reason
was because he wanted to solve a problem they commonly faced: the lack of equipment to
train. As a result, by using a parachute belt, he developed a series of functional exercises
which involved just the body weight.

Benefits
➢ It is a full body workout which allows you to both burn calories and build strength.
➢ It improves mobility, flexibility and stability.
➢ If you are a person who suffers lower back pain these exercises are for you since
during the training all these muscles are worked out.

The Royal Corgis
Hi guys, it’s me again! As you know, we are getting back to the new normality and also the
animals. This time we are going to talk about a particular dog breed: Corgi.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is a small native breed from the United Kingdom. It is a small
type of herding dog, and it’s considered one of the oldest dogs in the UK. There is another
similar breed Cardigan Welsh Corgi is larger both in weight and height.
This info is so curious because if you want to identify them, you need to know that
Cardigans have tails; Pembrokes do not.
The meaning CORGI according to the Oxford English Dictionary, cor means dwarf and gi
means dog so
CORGI MEANS “DWARF DOG” IN WELSH.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is very famous because of The Queen Elizabeth the Second, she
has had more than 30 Pembroke in her lifetime!
The Queen met her first corgi when she was 7, The King George VI brought a male dog
home from a kennel in 1933. It’s name was Dookie, the dog was an immediate hit with the
future queen and her sister, Princess Margaret.

After a second corgi named Jane entered the picture, the canine couple had a litter of puppies,
two of which were kept.
The Queen received another dog-named Susan for her 18th birthday from there, the collection
of corgis gained momentum. Some of the royal corgis bred with Princess Margaret’s
dachshund Pipkin to create “Dorgis” (Cross between a dog and a Corgi).
The Corgis have traveled with her even to her honeymoon!!!
Do you remember James Bond in the 2012 Olympic games? Well, if you don’t remember
pretty good let me tell you two corgis and The Queen appeared in the opening of it with
James Bond.
Their food is also special from beef to rabbit served from a special chef.
Recently the last two corgis of The Queen passed away -Whisper and Willow-, she still has
two dorgis named Candy and Vulcan.
This is the story of the four-legged Royals!
