The main focus = Performance Management System,<br />
with the introduction of an evaluation of achievement<br />
and performance, creating a performance - based salary<br />
system for employees in a time frame of two years.<br />
The aim of this concept = to reward staff members that<br />
perform well and set performance-based incentives for<br />
all teachers and members of school management.<br />
