CryoStor, a series of cell-specific, optimized freeze<br />
media, is designed to prepare and preserve cells<br />
in ultra-low temperature environments (-70° to<br />
-196°C). CryoStor is pre-formulated with 2%, 5%,<br />
and 10% DMSO and provides a safe, protective<br />
environment for cells and tissues during the<br />
freezing, storage, and thawing process. Through<br />
modulating the molecular–biological response to<br />
the cryopreservation process, CryoStor provides<br />
for enhanced cell viability and functionality while<br />
eliminating the need for serum, proteins or high<br />
levels of cytotoxic agents.<br />
Hypothermic Shipping & Storage<br />
HypoThermosol ® FRS is an optimized hypothermic<br />
(2-8°C) preservation media that enables improved<br />
and extended preservation of cells, tissues and<br />
organs. HTS-FRS is uniquely formulated to address<br />
the molecular-biological response of cells during<br />
the hypothermic preservation process. HTS-FRS<br />
includes key ions at concentrations that balance<br />
the intracellular state at hypothermic temperatures.<br />
Additional components include pH buffers, energy<br />
substrates, free radical scavengers, and osmotic/<br />
oncotic stabilizers.<br />

BloodStor is a series of generic cGMP freeze media<br />
products used to cryopreserve stem cells, other<br />
cells, and cell components isolated from umbilical<br />
cord blood, peripheral blood, bone marrow,<br />
and other biologics. All BloodStor products are<br />
formulated using USP grade components and<br />
Water for Injection (WFI) quality water.
