Hi there Somerset,
Obviously, you have probably worked
out that I refuse to stagnate in the fitness
industry. Myself and my staff are member/
community focused to bring you as many
classes, services, challenges and new
ventures as we can, for rural fitness centres.
We love to put our hand up for local and
national fund raisers but we also love
to expand the regular services we offer.
Through strict guidelines and auditing we
link in with NDIS, Home Service Packages
and many other allied health services
including Work Cover.
Getting more popular at the Centre in
Kilcoy (but available to other areas to
access) are our visiting services such as
clinical exercise physiologist and also
exercise physiotherapist. Both these
services are operated by fully qualified and
experienced providers and work in with our
qualified staff to deliver positive results.
The list is endless of what services they
offer but not limited to:-
Cardiovascular, cancer treatment recovery,
chronic pain, managing osteoarthritis,
diabetes, metabolic syndrome, mental
health, musculoskeletal, neurological,
obesity, pulmonary, mobility and balance,
injuries, sports injuries, back and joint pain.
These services are available for children
and adults. Although physiologist and
physiotherapist roles are similar and
different!!!! – both are focused on achieving
optimal outcome for their patients. So
Somerset, we are fortunate to have them.
These services can be accessed via doctors
referrals (primary health care plan), private
health, NDIS Service Agreement or similar,
Home Package contracts, Workcover,
private payment cost.
We are fortunate to have two visiting health
organisations with a third starting with us
soon.
