The Treasure Chest Holiday Expo runs
from 1-6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20; 9 a.m.-6
p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21; and 10 a.m.-4
p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22 at the Saint Charles
Convention Center, 1 Convention Center
Plaza in Saint Charles. Over 200 booths
filled with handmade crafts, art, gifts, food,
décor and more and all the best in-demand
product vendors are featured. Free admission
and parking. Raffles and door prizes
will be awarded through the weekend.

The city of St. Peters’ Virtual Holiday
Tree Lighting Ceremony is from 7-7:30
p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20 at SPTVnow.net.
The event includes a virtual tree lighting,
an appearance by Santa, and musical performances
by the Childbloom Guitar Program
of St. Charles County, Lindenwood
University’s Voices Only, the Fort Zumwalt
East High Symphonic Orchestra, and

The 11th annual Tree of Lights Celebration,
presented by the city of Dardenne
Prairie and the Salvation Army, is at 6:30
p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20 at City Hall Park,
2032 Hanley Road. The evening includes
musical entertainment by area schools, holiday
crafts, refreshments and other activities.
Santa will be available for pictures;
participants must bring their own cameras.
Bring a new unwrapped toy to donate to
the Salvation Army Toy Town. For more

Letters to Santa runs from Monday,
Nov. 23 until Monday, Dec. 7 at the
Youth Activity Park, 7801 Town Square
Ave. in Dardenne Prairie. Children ages
8 and younger are invited to write a letter
and bring it to the park along with a selfaddressed,
stamped envelope. Park hours
are noon-8 p.m., Sunday through Thursday;
noon-10 p.m., Fridays; and 10 a.m.-

Tuesdays) at the St. Charles County Heritage
Museum, 1630 Heritage Landing in

Celebration of Lights recurs weekly
from 6-9 p.m. on Sunday, Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays; and 6-10 p.m.
on Fridays and Saturdays from Friday,
Nov. 27 through Wednesday, Dec. 30 at
Fort Zumwalt Park, 1000 Jessup Lane
in O’Fallon. A drive-thru holiday light
display. Specialty rides (horse-drawn carriage,
train, or sleigh) run Monday through
Sunday (except Dec. 7, 8, and 25). Rides
must be reserved in advance. Carriage
rides last approximately 30 minutes. Cost
is $65 for six passenger carriage, $145
for 12-passenger carriage. Children age 2
and under ride free if seated on a paying

Train rides are Monday, Nov. 30. To

Admission is $75 per train car, which can
accommodate five adults and five children.
Sleigh rides are Tuesdays, Wednesdays
