6. Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance Committee
(a) Terms of Reference:
The Shareholders/’ Investors’ Grievance Committee was formed to monitor the expeditious redressal of shareholders’
grievances such as non-receipt of refund orders and dividend warrants, non-receipt of Annual Report and other
matters related to shares.
(b) Composition:
The Committee is comprised of three Directors. No meeting of the Committee was held during the year and details
of composition of Committee are as follows:
