9. Means of Communication<br />
The quarterly and annual financial results of the Company are published in leading English and Gujarati daily newspapers<br />
viz. The Economic Times and Gujarat Samachar. The results are also displayed on the Company’s website at<br />
www.pipavavshipyard.com. Management Discussion and Analysis <strong>Report</strong> forms part of the Company’s <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>.<br />
10. Code of Conduct & Ethics<br />
Your Company adheres to the high standards of ethics and governance. The Company has laid down “Code of Conduct<br />
and Ethics” for the Directors and Senior Management of the Company. The same is posted on the website of the Company<br />
at www.pipavavshipyard.com.<br />
The declaration given by the Executive Vice Chairman of the Company with respect to affirmation of compliance of the<br />
Code by the Board Members and Senior Executives of the Company is given at the end of this Corporate Governance<br />
