Assistance with Medications
Assistance with Medications is
designed for Idaho’s unlicensed
assistive personnel to aid in the
administration of medications
to individuals in a group facility,
as delegated by a nurse. This
class is open to any person who
would benefit from the additional
knowledge provided. Assistance
with Medications can be provided
as a custom course for facilities.

Certified Family Home Basic
Medication Awareness and
Infection Control
Basic Medication Awareness
is designed to teach Idaho
certified family home providers
and substitute caregivers on
medication safety and infection
control. Through this class,
CFH providers will acquire the
knowledge to safely provide care.

CNA Online/On Campus
The hybrid version of CNA training
allows you to complete the theory
portion of the course online
while attending the skill labs on
campus. Students must also
attend 40 hours of clinical training
at facilities across the region.
Basic computer skills and highspeed
internet access required.
Upon successful completion of
this course, students must pass
Idaho required skill and written
exams to be placed on the Idaho
CNA Registry. Exam fees are not
included in course costs. Hours:
54 classroom/lab, 44 online, 40
clinical.
