The Communication Platform<br />

September 24, <strong>2020</strong> was the start for our new intranet in terms of<br />

an mrm (member relationship management).<br />

WHAT CAN THE NEW INTRANET DO<br />

In the past few months we have dealt intensively<br />

with this topic, taken up the feedback<br />

from the circle of members and carefully analyzed<br />

the growing requirements.<br />

After extensive research into suitable software,<br />

we decided on a new, well-established<br />

and above all flexible system from Microsoft.<br />

This ensures that we can respond to your<br />

needs and requirements even faster in the<br />

future and implement them in order to continue<br />

to meet your requirements in the future.<br />

We have spared no effort or expense and are<br />

proud to present the new LogCoop intranet<br />

to you.<br />

The new intranet offers extensive new functionalities<br />

in order to be able to work in an<br />

even more targeted manner. Intuitive handling,<br />

full multilingualism, an optimized setup<br />

and clear structures will convince you.<br />

One system for all matters.<br />

The intranet is now our central<br />

communication and information<br />

tool and should establish itself<br />

as an important, daily used<br />

work tool.<br />

Store all relevant data about your company<br />

in the company profile. This gives the other<br />

members a precise overview of your portfolio,<br />

you are quickly found as a potential partner<br />

and we can market your company in a targeted<br />

manner.<br />

All contact persons, as well as responsibilities,<br />

should also be stored. Each employee has<br />

their own access to the intranet. This should<br />

also contribute to better communication in<br />

the chat, which is of course also integrated.<br />

In future, tenders and inquiries will be managed<br />

centrally via the intranet and distributed<br />

based on profile data. You can easily submit<br />

your inquiries yourself using the appropriate<br />

form and respond directly to inquiries from other<br />

members.<br />

The release is just the first step. In the coming<br />

weeks, months and years, the system will be<br />

gradually developed.<br />
