Advantages are for instance
that they know what
is insdide the product when
making it by themselves;
transparency; while another
advantage is the personalisation.
Finally there is a
totally unique and customised
product which enables
them to improve their mental
health.
However, a disadvantage
could be that the customer
first needs to really do
something in order to be
able to use the Rituals
skin care product. Meaning
that a little effort needs
to be put in. Furthermore,
the customer might be unsure
about the 3D-scan, as
pretty intimate data is being
collected.
TRANSACTION
The only way to
buy a customised
DIY-kit is via
the Zhaogu App
because this App
implements the
necessary skin
analysis tools
like AR and AI.
The customer
downloads the
Zhaogu App for
free in an App
store and can
then buy their
customised DIYkit,
after finishing
the skin
scan.
