Washington Ace Tops In Oregon Bryant Memorial<br />

The Bryant Memorial "Open" tournament held at Portland, Oregon, at<br />

Laurelhurst Park. Class A was won by John Monasmith, champion <strong>of</strong> Washington<br />

State with 7 wins and 0 losses and 76%. Class B was won by H. Pidde,<br />

Seattle, Washington with 6 wins and 1 loss and 61.4%. Class C was won by<br />

C. Riley, Canby, Oregon. Class D was won by P. Zumeran, Portland, Oregon.<br />

Due to periodic rain, wind and sunshine <strong>the</strong> games were called five or six<br />

times throughout <strong>the</strong> tournament which hampered <strong>the</strong> players with a lower<br />

qualifying and game percentage in <strong>the</strong>ir games during <strong>the</strong> day.<br />
