Nominating Committee Jenny Baker
The nominating committee is submitting four (4) members for election to the Congregation Council and one
(1) member to the Nominating Committee in accordance with Section C13.02.A00 of the CONSTITUTION,
BYLAWS, AND CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS of Mount Carmel Lutheran Church.
We want to thank the following Congregation Council and Nominating Committee members who served
through 2020: Jay Van Cleave, Todd Rabideau, Rachel Linderman, Lori Heller (who filled an interim spot
vacated by JoAnn Holze due to health issues), Craig Leach, and Gary Roesch.
Thank you to the following Nominating Committee members who are continuing their terms which expire in
2021: Jenny Baker (co-chair) and Pam Swade (1st Term). Bruce Efflandt (co-chair, 2nd term), Heather Klug
and Beth Schefelker (1st term) will be continuing as Nominating Committee members with their terms
expiring in 2022. Thank you all so much for your hard work keeping the candidate pool full.
The following church member is presented for the Nominating Committee (Term Expiring in 2023): Andrea
Raue is this year’s candidate for your consideration.
The following Council members will be continuing to 2021: Jon DesChane (2nd Term), Todd Rabideau (3rd
Term - to become Treasurer), Kathy Beale (2nd Term), Steve Berggruen (2nd Term) Lynne Senkerik (2nd full
term) Barb Schultz (2nd Term) Dustin Ragan (2nd Term) and Matt Wagner (2nd Term), Jim Baumgartner (1st
Term) and Patty Fischer (1st Term). A big thank you to all these members.
New members presented for Church Council include Wendy Halverson, George (Geo) Peterson, Rick
Schefelker, and Carrie Zagzebski with 1st terms ending in 2023.
