The Echomax Acve-X Band and Acve-XS Dual Band Radar Target
Enhancer is designed to receive a signal from transming radars, then
amplify and return a stronger target signal enhancing the likelihood of
detecon - alerng oncoming vessels of your posion and reducing
the risk of collision.

similar. Whilst successfully used on sail boats it is not guaranteed for
sail boat mast head installaon.

With increasingly limited space at the mast
head and the ensuing distant horizon and
suitable mounng opons free from shadowing
or adjacent large metal objects - now available
with eyelets at each end enabling suspension
from the spreaders, halyards or back stays
and may be suitable for some applicaons
and offers a new mounng opon away from
cluered mast heads and busy deck areas.
Free suspension from the two back stays
in most cases allows compensaon by the
boom aachment from heel thus retaining
most of the 112m² stated performance level
whilst the vessel is at heel. Supplied with 24m
cable as standard.
