section and at a “20 Under 40” Breakfast
Banquet at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March
19, at Northwest Iowa Community
College in Sheldon.

CRITERIA:
• Selection will be based on creative leadership and growth of the organization or department under the nominee’s
stewardship.
• Applications should be submitted to N’West Iowa Business through our website at nwestiowa.com/20under40.
Please fill out the nomination form completely and accurately, giving us thorough explanation for all criteria.
• Additional background information will be accepted. This could include a current resume, personal biography or
articles. (Please limit to 2 pages). Attach files to nomination e-mail.
• Multiple nominations from one company are accepted. However, only one person per company will be selected.
• Nominations must come from the area served by Northwest Iowa Community College. Nominees must be under
40 years of age as of Monday, Feb. 1, 2021.
