TEEN ART
Summer Camp Counselors in Training (CIT) are volunteers (16-18 years old) who assist professional art
instructors in the day-to-day running of the Children’s Fine Art summer camps. CITs offer support through
classroom management, encouraging campers, prepping art supplies and more. This is a great way to earn
service hours, develop and strengthen leadership skills, and have fun in a creative environment. CITs volunteer
for two full weeks of camp, choosing a morning or afternoon session (see information sheet for schedule
and times).
Orientation is required and will be held on Thursday, June 10 from 2-3 p.m. Participation in the orientation is
mandatory. Even if you have volunteered previous summers, you must attend orientation. Unfortunately, no
exceptions can be made.
