of community service as an advocate for people with
mental and physical disabilities. He has been the past
president of the Boards of Directors for the Porter
County Family Counseling Center, Mental Health
America of Porter County, and the Porter-Starke Services
Foundation. He has also served as past president of the
Valpo Chamber and the United Way of Porter County.

Dr. Matthew Misner as the organization’s new Hospice
Physician. He is a new addition to Center for Hospice
Care’s Medical team. Dr. Matt Misner is a board-certified
Pediatrician who is responsible for working with the
