Statement of Responsibility for Financial Statements<br />
The Auckland Philharmonia Trust Board members are pleased to present the approved financial statements for the<br />
financial year end 31 December <strong>2020</strong>, and the independent auditor's report thereon.<br />
The Board and management accept responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements and judgments<br />
used in them, and hereby adopt the financial statements as presented. In the opinion of the Board and<br />
management, the financial statements for the year ended 31 December <strong>2020</strong>, fairly reflect the financial position,<br />
financial performance, and cash flows of Auckland Philharmonia Group which comprises Auckland Philharmonia<br />
Trust and Auckland Philharmonia Foundation.<br />
