40 | OUT AND ABOUT COSTA BLANCA A MEDIUM RARE Just like writing the very first entries into your new 2021 diary, here comes another year and a long month of January looms ahead. I may be clairvoyant, but nobody could really knew this time last year, what would happen during a year that brought us all lockdowns, curfews and obligatory mask wearing into existence; testing us to a level previously unthinkable. Having said this, the year just seemed to fly by, whatever our experiences of the ups and downs, and under all circumstances into the bargain. Spiritually, many people began to look for solutions, but actually they never got explanations, and hopefully kept hold of their faith which allowed them to serve and protect their communities and families as best that they could under the circumstances. We knuckled down, but we could not fight an unseen enemy, and we rock and rolled each our way as the jukebox of the Pandemic played tune after tune on the turntable of life. After a year of fear and despair, Spirit brought in loving care and survival and resolution. We are getting hope now in a World that has managed to allow us to readjust as we reinvent ourselves. We can make a suitable place within ourselves to assist the needy and focus on the needs of others, and that is as a direct FIRST FOOTING result of a crisis. So, too have we learned much about ourselves in the process, each relaxation of severities imposed bringing relief in their cancellation, and each helping to make a genuine difference in the way that we live our lives. When people say that things will never ever be the same again, then maybe, just maybe, they could be better. After all, it is very true that you appreciate things more when you do not have them, and in general we take things for granted when we do have them. Being grateful for what we do have, and making others happy, because we can, are two great joys in life. Whatever is out there for us now is something that we still have to face. The power that is the Universe of life brings antidoteal rescue to our aid even on the darkest nights of the soul. When the wind blows or the bee stings, or we are feeling sad, then somebody is at least out there for us, watching our backs and bringing solutions that cover all that hurts or threatens us, in any way. Spiritual people all over the World are gearing up for an Ascension and are in process of clearing themselves to enable the taking on of roles we know we are prepared to take to help heal a damaged Planet. We are taking such strides to ensure that what comes next is a need to share and care in a way that we have never
A MEDIUM RARE ever done before. Are we afraid? Well, fear never helped anyone, so whatever comes along in the forthcoming year, we are onto it, and come what may we will never be alone in the caring and sharing process that unites the Globe and strikes a blow for the freedom of the soul; as an expression of the loving care that we hold inside. It may be hard to plan a way through this year, and it hopefully will get better with time. Whether you decide to take up the opportunity of a shot of anti-Covid vaccine when and if it should be offered, or you are happier working together with your natural immunity and reject vaccination; may you stay safe and well and protected. Let’s make this a year JANUARY 2021 | 41 where the littlest things matter most, and friends, neighbours and family can be a focus of our attention, hopefully in a post Virus situation. I would ask that all the dedicated health care practitioners are rewarded for doing such a job, and that business are compensated so that we can get back to even basics once more, Currently knock on effects are biting hard into a burgeoning negativity, and things have to change to bring security and happiness back into our doubting lives. Make this year matter, and amidst changes and difficulties I hope Spirit brings you safely through the months ahead, come what may and day by day.
