MC Kontaktlamellen technik:<br />
Grenzenlose Möglichkeiten<br />
Kontaktlamellen sind speziell geformte, widerstandsfähige<br />
Geometrien aus Kupferlegierung, je nach Anwendung versilbert<br />
oder vergoldet und in einen Einstich schwimmend montiert.<br />
Der konstante Federdruck der Lamelle sorgt für eine permanente<br />
Kontaktierung mit der Kontakt oberfl äche und daraus<br />
resultiert ein geringer und konstanter Durchgangswiderstand.<br />
Die Kontaktlamellentechnik ermöglicht uns, eine Vielzahl von<br />
Lösungen anzubieten und selbst härteste Bedingungen zu erfüllen,<br />
sowohl elektrisch (bis zu mehreren kA), thermisch (bis<br />
zu 350°C) als auch mechanisch, mit Kontaktbeständigkeit bis<br />

<strong>Multi</strong>lams are specially formed, resilient strips of copper alloy<br />
which are silver or gold-plated according to their application<br />
and are fl oat mounted in a groove. By its constant spring pressure<br />
the <strong>Multi</strong>lam maintains continuous contact with the contact<br />
surface, resulting in a low and constant contact resistance.<br />
<strong>Multi</strong>lam technology allows us to meet a very broad range of<br />
requirements and to fi nd solutions to the most severe constraints,<br />
including electrical (up to several kA), thermal (up to<br />
350°C) and mechanical, with contact durability of up to 1 million<br />
mating cycles.<br />

Das Konzept The Concept<br />
Diese Produktreihe wurde entwickelt, um die elektrische Verbindung<br />
zwischen verschiedenen Anwendungen des Antriebsstrangs<br />
bei Schienenfahrzeugen zu ermöglichen.<br />
Der Vorteil des <strong>MPC</strong>-Systems liegt darin, dass es sich bei diesem<br />
System um eine universelle, kompakte und modulare Lösung<br />
für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen handelt, die sich über<br />
die Rationalisierung und Standardisierung gemeinsamer Komponenten<br />
erstrecken.<br />
Mehrere Funktionen können mit dem <strong>MPC</strong>-System ausgestattet<br />
werden, wie z. B.:<br />
■ die Verbindungen für Wagenübergänge;<br />
■ die externen Anschlüsse der auf dem Dach oder unter dem<br />
Wagen befi ndlichen Kästen einschliesslich der elektrotechnischen<br />
Komponenten (Traktionswandler, Inverter, Batterie);<br />
■ die externen Anschlüsse der Traktionsstromrichter;<br />
■ die Anschlüsse der Drehgestell-Traktionsmotoren.<br />

<strong>MPC</strong>-System <strong>MPC</strong> Range<br />
Das <strong>MPC</strong>-System ist ein modulare Serie mehrerer unipolarer<br />
Steckverbinder für Kabelquerschnitte von 10mm² bis 240mm².<br />
Das System besteht aus geraden Steckverbindern (<strong>MPC</strong>-S),<br />
Winkel-Steckverbindern (<strong>MPC</strong>-B) und festen Einbauteilen<br />
(<strong>MPC</strong>-X) mit Crimpkontakten oder Gewindeanschlüssen.<br />
Es sind mehrere Isolationsgrössen erhältlich, um Kontakte der<br />
Durchmesser 8mm, 14mm und 20mm aufnehmen zu können.<br />
Der Aufbau dieser unipolaren Steckverbinder kann aus 1 bis<br />
5 Polen in einer Reihe bestehen und erlaubt die Bildung eines<br />
Stapels bis zu 3 Ebenen.<br />
Zur Optimierung und genauen Anpassung der Konfi guration an<br />
den Bedarf der Kunden übernimmt <strong>Multi</strong>-<strong>Contact</strong> die spezifi sche<br />
Konfi guration.<br />

The <strong>MPC</strong> is a modular assembly of several unipolar connectors<br />
for cables cross sections from 10mm² to 240mm².<br />
The range of products is made up of straight connectors (<strong>MPC</strong>-S),<br />
bent (<strong>MPC</strong>-B), as well as receptacles (<strong>MPC</strong>-X) with crimp or threaded<br />
contacts.<br />
Several sizes of the insulating body are available for the following<br />
contacts‘ diameters: 8mm, 14mm and 20mm.<br />
The assembly of these unipolar connectors varies from 1 to 5<br />
poles in-line and allows for a placement of up to 3 levels.<br />
For optimum customer specifi c confi guration, <strong>Multi</strong>-<strong>Contact</strong><br />
will taylor toward the customer‘s needs.<br />
