Amazing wildlife encounters await!<br />

From birdwatchers to families, there’s something for everyone. With<br />

amazing close-up wildlife encounters and seasonal activities, it’s no<br />

wonder Slimbridge is an award winning day out.<br />

<strong>2021</strong> marks Slimbridge’s 75th Anniversary and the opening of exciting<br />

new exhibits: from May Half Term explore Mission Possible and learn<br />

about the world’s rarest goose, the nene. From summer, immerse<br />

yourself in the open air Living Wetland Theatre and Waterscapes Aviary.<br />

Spot all six species of flamingo and look out for marvellous mammals<br />

including water voles and harvest mice. <strong>Explore</strong> Toad Hall where you will<br />

find frogs, toads and newts.<br />

Splash around in Welly Boot Land and go wild at Riverlife outdoor<br />

adventure playground or venture indoors for soft play.<br />

Travel back in time at Scott House Museum or become a real life<br />

explorer at the Arctic Adventure experience. Take a walk to the Estuary<br />

Tower with spectacular views over the Severn estuary - look out for<br />

wading birds, ducks, geese and swans.
