Course objective
Prepare trainees for obtaining the Professional Scrum
Master I and II credentials, of Scrum.Org as well as the
Scrum Master Accredited Certification Program
(SMAC), issued by the Scrum Institute. Additionally the
course will also help to:
• Apply Scrum practices on specific project situations;
• Understand the Scrum approach throughout the project;
• Understand the challenges of the Scrum approach;
• Determine if the Scrum approach is an option considering the project situation and
environment;
• Adapt the Scrum approach.
Target
Professionals that intend to apply for the Professional Scrum Master I or II, as well as the
Scrum Master Accredited Certification Program (SMAC), issued by the Scrum Institute.
Additionally, the course targets professional that want to develop knowledge of scrum
practices.
