Henrique Moura

Is a project management professional with experience as project manager, trainer, consultant
and author.
He has managed projects for 15 years across multiple industries. He has managed complex
international projects with large teams and multiple vendors, acting as either supplier or
customer project manager. He has been particularly focused on IT projects and PMO
implementations, but he also has experience in process reengineering, marketing and product
development projects.
Henrique Moura is the author of the PMP® exam prep books "McGraw-Hill Education PMP®
Project Management Professional Exam", published in the United States by McGraw-Hill in 2014 and "PMP® Sem
Segredos", published in Brazil by Elsevier in 2013.
He has an extensive world-wide experience as a project management trainer and consultant, delivering training
sessions, conducting workshops, coaching, conducting project health checks and implementing PMO's. His
experience crosses industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, finance, government, media telco,
utilities, nuclear, consumer goods and healthcare.
He regularly works in countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, Ghana,Mozambique, Brazil,
