Information
MSA GB keeps its members informed
through a host of avenues: the MSA GB
website, www.msagb.com, through
regular emails to members with breaking
news and hot topic responses, and
through our active social media
platforms, on Facebook, Twitter and
LinkedIn.
But we also pride ourselves on our
monthly, information-packed magazine,
Newslink. Each issue is sent to members
digitally at the start of the month, and
you’ll find its 40+ pages packed with
news from the driver training and testing
sector. You can also download each issue
to read at your leisure.
We have up-to-date stories on the
latest from the DVSA, MSA GB responses
and calls for action on key issues
affecting driver trainers, reflection and
comment pieces from MSA GB officials
and members and much, much more.
Our dedicated team of regional editors
keep members up to date with their local
news and events, while our regular
Towards Your CPD articles offer training
and teaching hints that may help
improve your tuition and give you fresh
outlooks on how to get messages across
to pupils.
From page 14 onwards we’ve pulled
together some of the most recent articles
and editorials from Newslink’s April, May
and June issues, to give you a flavour of
what to expect every month.
Enjoy reading.
One last thing: many of the articles
you’ll see here are supplied by ordinary
ADIs; if you would like to contribute your
own ideas and thoughts to the pages of
Newslink, we’ll be more than happy to
include your submissions.
Whether it’s about driver training, your
local test centre, a general comment
piece on motoring matters or anything
that improves others’ knowledge on road
safety or motoring, we’d love to publish
your views.
Just contact Colin Lilly, Editor,
Newslink, at editor@msagb.com with
your ideas and submissions.
