Rajah Shrine 2021Potentates’ BallDon’t StopMe NowThis year’s ball, honoringIllustrious Sir Kraig W. Leiby andLady Janet was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Reading on May1st.143 Nobles and Ladies attendedincluding, five Potentates fromAlmas, Crescent, Jaffa, Osiris, andZembo Shrines. Also at the eventwere four MASA officers includingthe MASA President, Ill. Sir JohnnieBitzer along with the 1st, 2nd, and3rd Vice Presidents. MASA PastPresident Ill. Sir Keith A. McKnight,from ZemZem, and Lady Eileenwere also present. Overall, it wasquite a tribute to Rajah and our 2021Potentate Ill. Sir Kraig LeibyThe evening was light andbreezy with only one speech, ashort one at that, from IllustriousSir Kraig. There was lots of musicby We3, which was actually We3plus 1. The rule of the evening waslaughter, dancing, with plenty of funand socializing, something we allmissed dearly during the long daysof the pandemic. Introductions werehandled by Greg Lewis, PP.This was really a coming outparty for Rajah after a difficult yearand a half of COVID restrictionsand cancellations.
