Homes for sale need to be clean, clear
and light but still warm and welcoming,
like good hotels – clutter-free but inviting.
Remove dirty or damaged blinds (making good
any marks on the frame). Freshen curtains by
hoovering them on the curtain setting and
dressing them in. You can also tie them overnight
and remove the ties before a viewing so they
will sit neatly and uniformly. Replace tired
cushions with good sized ones (50cm 2 plus) in
accent colours, don’t skimp here, cheap ones
will look cheap. A bedroom cleared of clutter
with white sheets and large plump cushions
always looks welcoming. Also don’t forget flowers
and greenery. Eucalyptus brings a
modern vibe and a gorgeous smell.

Combine high-quality materials and textures to add

In childrens spaces, it’s important that the design can easily be
