2021
• From - Mon 19th July 2021
From the 19th July the legal requirement to wear a mask on board
a Public Service Vehicle has been dropped. The government advice
from now is that you are strongly recommended to continue
wearing a face mask in confined areas. It is also worth noting that
some destinations have advised that visitors will be required to
wear a face mask to gain entry to certain areas. So, you should be
aware of this possibility.
• From - Sun 1st Aug 2021
From 1st Aug 2021 we shall be increasing the seating capacity on
board our coaches. However, single travellers will continue to have
single occupancy of a double seat, sitting by the window.
Please, also be aware that should the advice from government change, we will of course, adjust
policy. We review all of our policies regularly and will offer further advice when this is to be
changed. Please note that any future changes may take place and be introduced between booking
your trip and the departure date.
SOME OF THESE MEASURES MAY CHANGE AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TRIP BUT BEFORE YOU DEPART.
FOR THE VERY LATEST GUIDANCE - PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE.
We have implemented changes in operation and know we will have your assistance with these measures. We continue to work with our trade organisation and applicable
government agencies on all these precautions and will advise if things change.-
1. Reduced capacity on board to aid distancing. Possible changes to your allocated seating. We will try to be as fair as possible but if this is a specific problem for
you, please consider this aspect before booking your trip.
PLEASE NOTE - From 1st August 2021 we will be increasing seating capacity on board in line with latest industry guidance.
Single Travellers will continue to occupy double seats. This will change at some point. Please note that any future changes
may take place and be introduced between booking your trip and the departure date.
2. The government have announced that England will be moving to the final stage of easing Covid restrictions. It means almost all legal restrictions on social
contact will be removed. But the public have been advised to proceed with caution and follow government guidance.
From the 19th July the legal requirement to wear a mask on board a Public Service Vehicle has been dropped. The government advice from now is that you are
strongly recommended to continue wearing a face mask in confined areas. It is also worth noting that some destinations have advised that visitors will be
required to wear a face mask to gain entry to certain areas. So, you should be aware of this possibility.
DO NOT travel if you have symptoms before travelling. Unfortunately, normal cancellation charges will apply.
We have updated cleaning processes for the vehicles and have purchased professional 'fogger' machines which fill the coach (including the ventilation system) with a
sanitising mist which kills viruses on all surfaces. Our air conditioning systems will be set for fresh air to be circulated in the coach. Also, sanitising wipes will be used on high
traffic areas throughout the day by the driver. We will make every effort to carry out the programme and itineraries as advertised but must reserve the right to cancel any
excursion or alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
