Introducing Eversfield
Organic to Marlborough
Eversfield Organic are busy with renovations as they
prepare the upcoming organic Farm Shop, Deli and Café
ready for opening this summer...
Eversfield Organic’s roots stem from
their homegrown farm on the edge of
Dartmoor National Park where they
work to pick, pack and dispatch organic
produce for nationwide grocery box
delivery. From a core of grass-fed,
organic meat to an ever-expanding range
of organic food and drink, the family-run
business is incredibly proud to be an
example of hard work paying off.
Back in 2002, founder Mark Bury and
family worked around the clock to get a
previously intensively farmed earth back
to full health. After planting 30,000 trees,
giving a little encouragement to miles
of hedgerows and just a few aches and
pains, the farm was finally granted Soil
Association organic certification in 2004.
Their growing presence as a major
player in online organic groceries has
allowed Eversfield Organic to expand in
other directions. As well as a Butchers
Counter in Selfridges Foodhall, London
and opening Dartmoor Inn, Merrivale,
they’re continuing to build a handful
of organic Farm Shops. Following the
roaring success of their first Shop in
Tavistock, Devon, a second was opened
in Totnes last year with an accompanying
organic café, too. The excitement of
Tavistock and Totnes gave Founder Mark
a taste of high street retail at a time when
most were going the opposite way. The
somewhat brave plunge into brick and
mortar continues with the launch of the
Eversfield Organic Marlborough Farm
Shop.
The Farm Shop, Deli and Café is set
to be the most impressive yet. Keen to
showcase their award-winning, organic
meat, the ethical butchers counter will
hold a range of cuts including native
Aberdeen Angus heritage beef straight
from the farm. Marlborough will also
have a fresh fishmonger, organic deli
counter featuring a range of British
Charcuterie also made on the farm, and
fridges full of organic cheese and dairy.
The Eversfield Organic farm’s Market
Garden also supplies the best organic
fruit and vegetables, plus the shop will
have shelves stacked with organic larder
essentials and an exciting wine cave.
The new hot food counter will also offer
delicious, organic baked goods perfect
for on the go.
The versatile eatery above the Farm Shop
will be a café, wine and cocktail bar all
in one, effortlessly taking daytime coffee
breaks into evening tipples. Serving a
variety of delicious small plates, including
charcuterie from the farm, alongside the
finest hot and cold organic beverages.
Eversfield Organic cannot wait to
welcome fellow foodies to their newest
organic Farm Shop in Marlborough,
opening September 17th 2021.
The Eversfield Organic farm has arrived
in Wiltshire!
