MS is a rareneoplasm of leukemic cells that infiltrates extramedullary softtissue. Testicular involvement of MS is an uncommon entity,especially following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and invasion of MS into the spermatic cord and testicular veinis even rarer [1,2].
