Inspired by the know-how <strong>and</strong> philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, the<br />
company Piroche Cosmétiques was formed in Merano (Alto Adige/Italy) in<br />
1981. By developing the bioenergetic method, Piroche Cosmétiques decided to<br />
follow this track over 25 years ago <strong>and</strong> is considered the forerunner of Medical<br />
Wellness.<br />
The Piroche Cosmétiques br<strong>and</strong> is the property of the Pirone family. Research<br />
<strong>and</strong> Development, Production <strong>and</strong> Sales departments are situated in the Merano<br />
head office. Piroche Cosmétiques is a qualified reliable partner for specialist<br />
institutes <strong>and</strong> Beauty Spas throughout the world.<br />
With her avant-garde vision of preserving the youthful beauty <strong>and</strong> radiance<br />
of the skin, Maria Gall<strong>and</strong> was in step with the zeitgeist of the early sixties.<br />
Together with a dermatologist, the successful dancer developed a treatment<br />
concept as unique as the skin itself. And still today, over 50 years later, this<br />
treatment concept sets the st<strong>and</strong>ard in beauty care.<br />
The skin, “a mosaic of extremely diverse needs” In her Paris residence, the<br />
Frenchwoman opened a “beauty advisory service”, in which she offered customised<br />
“tailor-made beauty”. Treatment programmes that targeted the needs<br />
of each individual area of the skin. These met with widespread approval <strong>and</strong><br />
soon Madame Gall<strong>and</strong> founded her first research laboratories <strong>and</strong> production<br />
