RESOURCES FOR SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AND VIOLENCE<br />

Broward College strongly advocates that survivors of sexual violence consider the following resources.<br />

On and Off Campus Services for Victims<br />

Upon receipt of a report of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking, Broward College<br />

will provide written notification to students and employees about existing assistance with and/or information<br />

about obtaining resources and services including counseling, health, mental health, victim advocacy, legal<br />

assistance, visa and immigration assistance, student financial aid and assistance in notifying appropriate local<br />

law enforcement. These resources include the following:<br />

Various counseling options are available through Broward College’s partnership with Henderson Behavioral<br />

Health Services for students, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees, and other organizations.<br />
